My desktop doesn't have a TV tuner but a monitor I bought has a built in tuner. My question is, is it possible to show both the TV and PC screen at the same time on the same screen. The monitor I have is a Samsung ToC T240HD. If this is not possible, I also have a laptop, can I use that as a monitor for TV and use my desktop as usual?

If it had a picture in picture ability and allowed the monitors tuner to be used as a source then it might be possible but I have never tried myself.
