Please Help!

Hi,

I'm trying to overclock my i7 860 2.80GHz to around 4.00GHz.

I have American Megatrends BIOS and can't seem to find a guide from any forum on how to overclock. If anyone could give a step by step guide on how to do so it would be much appreciated!

Thanks very much, I have now overclocked upto 4GHz although I'm unsure if it is stable.
I ran Prime95 and after a couple minutes my system was hitting just over 100C and core around 91C.

I guess this is BAD right?!

Also idle temps are around: System 55C CPU 55C All Cores around 50C

Yeah bad temp.. It's dangerous, drop your oc or
Try replace thermal paste, disabled smart fan cpu, add big fan for help air flow
