I got it, it was my temperture all along. The temp in Bios is goes from 95 to 104 less than 5 minute. After I got windows 7 and motherboard driver install it run as 86F and when I use running explore and try to install some thing, it ran up to 103 so far. I notice that one thing by running 36 bit is better for the core i5, but I want to run 64 bit. SO look like I have to upgrade my coooling system. Anyone got a good one in mind.

Well I'm glad you got it because I'm confused 103 degress F = 40 celsius which should be fine. If you mean it was running 95 to 103 celsius something is set wrong of the fan isn't working. Hope your alright

Well if you information is correct. That mean the temp is not my problem and my computer still turn itself off and I got a message from windows that it could restart. It give me a choice to restart in safe mode or normal mod. I try both, but it seem not to fix the problem.

So far here is my progress. I found out that temp for core I5 is 86F idle, so my temp is okay. I test all of my memory with the Asus build in the motherboard and that was ok too, but here what I stuck at. My windows 7 still crash. I already try verythings that I cold think of to fix. Untill I found this web sit www.ocbase.com it run a test on your computer. As I been told most of my problem would be a memory, so I put one memory out the time. The first and second one crash the window while I am running the test. As of right now my last one is holding on. Have yet to crash the windows.

My test came out without a error free, but I still can't get the computer to restart by itself.
My next attemp is to install a 32 bit on all the ram see if that would work, I don't want to, but whata hell.

Check your ram specs; then try rebooting with just one stick and go into the bios using an f key listed at the post screen, or press the "del" key. Try adjusting the ram voltage; 1.65 is the recommended max for Intel boards. The specs may be listed at newegg if they're not on the ram label.

The specs on the ram is 1.5 V. I only running 1 stick and got it to run for a while, but about a 3 hours later. When I trying to closed all the programs that was running and it just reboot itself over and over again. I am running out of idea. I contact the G.Skill about may be it is memory problem, but I have yet got anything back from them yet. I search the web site and I found out that is doesn't support the Asus P7P55 LX at all, but Asus motherboard does. So who right and who wrong? I'm stuck!!!!
