My HDD is not giving any response. The vendor told me that the PCB has failed and cannot be recovered. I have got very important data on that HDD. I want to recover it. What can be done now?

send it away to a professional data recovery company and pay a lot of money to get the data off.

Depending on how the PCB failed you might have lost data anyway, but the company will tell you what the situation is.

Some companies will take the platter of your drive out and scan it using their
sophisticated data scanning/recovery machine, then if data found is recoverable, they
will charge you per megabyte or per gigabyte depending on the size of data you want
to recover. .. just make sure you have a lot of money, i mean lot of money.
