Why does my printer onlly print first page but not second page on xp

sent a document with two pages and the second page gets stuck in queue i did a net stop spooling and net start spooling and restarted it only prints first page and queues second one again tried stopping services for print spooling and started againg still same problem help

Check the "Mystery Printer" owner/user documentation. Could also check page setup to see it is not set to page 1 of 1.

I did check the page 1 of 1 and it was set to 1 but I changed it to 2 0f 2 and cleared the spool again and it did print both pages but It still stores in queue and I have to continue clearing spool each time I want to print again and it gives me a continued print status of only 99%. I checked drivers and I don't know what else to do except try to uninstall and reinstall again could my printer need replacing thank you for the response.

just copy spoolsv from C:\Windows\ServicePackFiles\I386 and paste in sistem32.
