Well I've been having a right nightmare trying to find a decent PSU to fit my mATX case. I've found a decent compact one: the Nexus Value 430w.

Trouble is I wanna know if it will be powerful enough for my needs. Power calculators say it should be ok but I'd like to get a second opinion from you guys before purchasing.

My build:
Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition 3.2 GHz Socket AM3 8MB (with Arctic Cooling Freezer-64-LP Dual Cooling Low Profile Processor Cooler)
Motherboard: ASUS M4A785TD-M EVO
Memory: Kingston 8 GB (4X2GB) DDR3 1333MHz HyperX Memory Kit CL7 1.5V
Hard Drive: 1 TB RAID 0 Set-up – 2 x Western Digital WD5000KS 500GB SATA II 7200RPM 16MB Cache
Graphics Card: Intergrated Graphics
DVD Drive: LG GDR-8164BL 16x52 DVD-ROM
DVD-RW Drive: Liteon LH-20A 1H-487C 20x DVD-RW/DL Lightscribe
