Hey guys didn't know exactly where to post this but here looked like a good spot. I recently ordered a new computer. A few weeks after getting it it started randomly hard locking when playing wow. I uninstalled wow to see if it helped, it didn't. I still hardlock at very random times I can sit and play for 1-2hrs and hardlock or hardlock with signing in to windows. I have ran every diag tool I can think of. I have CPUID, Coretemp and Rivatuner my temps never go above 50C on the CPU or GPU. I did run a sfc/scannow and all it found was a settings.ini file that was bad in the sidebar folder. I haven't overclocked a thing. Could a PSU cause a hardlock w/o shutting down the system? Any other ideas?

You should manually set the RAM speed/timings/voltage to the manufacturers specs in the BIOS. It would also be a good idea to run Memtest86+ overnight to test for RAM errors.
