Array controller reporting errors

Hello,

I see loads of 'Corrected ECC Error, Status=0x00000001 Addr=0x060f4e00' in array controller logs on my storage device. Any thoughts as to what the issue might be?

either a hardware conflict(IE 2 things trying to place or access data in the same spot), or a bad section of memory. Is my best guess.
