If my motherboard auto changes the voltages, do I need to change them?

I did a minor Oc (3.6 to 3.8) on my phenom ii x4 965. Now i opened cpu id, and when my multiplier is @ 19, then the voltages are are 1.456. This seems kind of high (read somewhere never to go past 1.5) So is it safe to take it to x 21 or x22?

Motherboard is GIGABYTE 990xA UD3

Solution
Yep .. Safe and fine but if You want more low voltage and temperature , you can sellect it by manual voltage, changhe small : 3.8 ghz arround 1.39v - 1.42v
