Hey guys I need help to see if everything is compatible with each other and want to know if everything will fit in the case. Tell me if I left out anything.
Specs:
Processor: Phenom 2 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2 GHZ
Whats your budget? When are you planning to buy? What are you planning to do with it? Where are you going to get parts from? Whats your current monitor resolution?
It looks compatible however if you are going to be getting it at about the same time windows 7 comes out then the graphics market will have shifted alot and i5's may provide a significantly better value than the P2 955 does. Its all up in the air right now.

Is the i5 better than Phenom 2?
I'll wait and post late when the new things are out because I have no clue on videocards because of directx 11 and new processors and stuff will come out by then.
no clue, we will have to wait and see how the benchmark, we dont even know the prices that the i5 will be coming in at yet, nor do we now know the 5xxx series is going to compare to the current 4800 line.

Yeah, if you wait long enough, there is BOUND to be something better and cheaper.
Build the best you can with the cash you have when you feel the need. If you wait for something better and cheaper, you will be waiting until you die.

actually we already know this.
Anandtech already benchmarked an i5-750 engineering sample and prices have been out for about a month, $196 for the 750, $284 for the 860, and $562 for the 870.
