Does anyone know if there is an add-in card you can buy that allows you to record yourself playing games like FRAPS does but doesnt decrease your frame rate? I want to record but I cant play my best with low fps lol.

interesting idea. I havent heard of anything, but what about splitting the DVI and putting it into something else that can record. Or maybe the games you play have a feature to record. I know with cod5 you can record from console (~) and it will record only your positions and stuff (much less data than video) and then you can play it back (you have to be in the game) and record the play back.

yea but i mean something like the consoles where they can port it off to a seperate thing so it doesnt affect the performance of the xbox cuz freakin FRAPS is so damn demanding when u go to record
