Hello,
how do I fix my windows display setting the only thing I get when I right mouse click on the Monitor is the Themes acreen

Are you sure there aren't other tabs for Desktop, Screen Saver, Appearance, and Settings? If you can get to the Settings tab, you can change the resolution by using the slider bar in the left-center of the tab.
