Weird bios update

So i went to intels website, and got the latest bios up date for the DX58S0 motherboard, i ran it, restarted the computer, everything seemed fine, a message came up that even said it was successful, but now, my screen resolution cant go to the max it went before (it used to be 1920x1240, now its 1400x1050) Also, i have windows 7 64 bit ultimate, but now it looks like i just have basic, and another thing is that my computer just seems alaround slower, suggestion would be GREAT!

UPDATE: i downloaded the newest ati drivers and it fixed everything!

Yeah, that was definitely a driver problem. Looks like you fixed it fast enough though .
