How can i ad Hebrew without a cd?

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

You need to start off by changing the setting to allow complex right to left languages in Control Panel?Regional and Language>Languages tab then under the Advanced tab, tick to allow Hebrew 10005 (MAC)in the Unicode settings. Even after that you need a CD or some files from an XP system already running Hebrew. A borrowed CD will do.
