How can i connect 3 internal hard drives and 1 dvd writer in my pc

i have connected 2 sata internal HDD and 1 data HDD but i can see only the data HDD in my desk. It does not recognise the 2 sata drives and its contents. Kindly suggest how to fix this and what driver softwares shoud i install.

How is the BIOS configured ?
