Yeah it just came out of the blue was working perfect then I went to turn it on this morning and that came up on the screen.

It said on another forum that if I installed EasyBCD that it work then. Could I just burn EasyBCD onto a disc using another computer bootup using CDROM with the disc in would that work?

If your data really is important, then you might not have too many options other than having it recovered by professionals. Other members might be able to suggest recovery tools, but if you make a mistake, then your data might be lost forever. Unfortunately I can't recommend specific recovery tools as I never had to use them.
