Linksys WRT54G Wireless Not Working

Recently the wireless function of my WRT54G router stopped working. I've had it for about 6 years and thought initially that it just needed to go through a power cycle along with the cable modem. I did that and the wireless still did not function. The wired aspect of the router works though. I tried a reset of the router, changed the types of signals it was broadcasting, changed the channels and nothing seemed to work.

Perhaps my router has died? Any help would be greatly apprectiated.
