hey guys ive decided to get a new mobo instead of the one my buddy gave me. which wasnt worth spending of the cpu

i have this layout of all the parts i want so let me know what you guys think

i just want to spend @ least $350 here are my parts below.

Your mb has onboard video but not particularly good .

If you replaced it with this

you wouldnt have to buy the gfx card you have listed .

That saves you $33 , which you could reinvest in more RAM .
A 2 x2 gig kit probably is affordable .

The system wont be capable of gamng , but then it wouldnt with an 8400 gs either . Later you can add a gfx card and then it will .

I'd not buy an aftermarket cooler and thermal grease, core 2 duo runs really cool, with stock cooler you can easily get 3.6G up unless your room is an oven. with the money you saved, get a better graphics card.
