Question about overclocking ram

So I recently decided to overclock my AMD 1055t Cpu, I hit my max stability at 3.85 Ghz with heat at around 62 degrees Celsius at full load. My ram is rated DDR3 1600 (16 GB Corsair Vengeance), it's currently at around 1.45 Ghz with my multiplier at the fixed 14x and the cpu bus Freq at 275. I can't seem to find the BSCLK Freq for my ram anywhere in my M4A89TD Pro/USB 3.0 Mobo's bios. I guess my question is is they're another name it would be under in my bios, or is they're another way to get my ram to 1600 Mhz that i'm not aware of (Yes i'am a bit of a noob when it comes to overclocking :( ). I have most of the other overclocking settings such as HT and NB on Auto if that affects it in anyway.

  1. I suggest drop your oc !
What is your cooler, oc at 3.8 temp 62C ... It's dangerous.
    how high your vcore ?
In ai tweaker memory driving setting ratio ram
  2. some gigabyte bios hide the advanced ram settings--you have to press ctrl + f1 to see them
  3. My boards from Asus, my cpu cooler is a Spire Thermax Eclipse 2 and i have my Vcore set to 1.41. I didn't know the temp was high, but that is when Prime95 is running 6 torture tests idk if it's supposed to run that many. I put Arctic Silver 5 on the cpu a while back too, idk why it's only getting up to 3.85 at that temp or maybe thats normal since it's only a 1055t with a fixed multiplier.
