I noticed the Mobo Asus P7P55d L1156 has 9 holes to screw it on the case.

with the Case I got 8 not 9 copper spacers (1/4") I presume I screw these spacers on the Case, put the MOBO on these spacers and screw the MObo into these spacers.

the Case is Logisys 51W. Is this the way it should be.

Also, My case has only 4 wires instead of 8 that connects the MOBO for the cpu. Is this ok. tia

Copper spacers: They are called standoffs. If you are missing one, you can try to find one from somewhere else. Keep in mind that there are two kinds: one with coarse threads and one with fine threads. Another thing you can do is move one that is not carrying any weight to another hole. Then find something nonconductive a little thicker than the standoff and slide it under the motherboard.

I usually use a piece of antistatic foam. (No, it's not conductive enough to matter.)

The 4 wires from your case actually come from the PSU. Just use the four wire connector. It should only go in one place. The yellow wires face toward the edge of the motherboard.
