Which techonology is safest on the market and which explodes easier while Gaming or Hacking? If you put repairable space armour on cpu's and mainboards, harder to explode!

I'm not metalman, about think Ge 32nm and Silicon graphite 28nm .. So graphite is better and repairable.
But what tool for repair ? Maybe use pencil , wow I'm wrong
