Cooler recommendation for this setup and is it needed?

Overclocking: No, but want a better cooler than the Intel fan included

Budget: Between $20 - $50, but not over $50

Setup:

Case: Cooler Master HAF 912
Power Supply: Corsair TX 750
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD3P
CPU: 3.30 GHz Intel Core i3-2120
RAM: 16GB Corsair XMS 3 1333 MHz
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 5830

I'm looking at everything from the Cooler Master Hyper 212 to EVGA's Supercooler, what would you guys suggest? Should I even bother getting a new cooler or should I invest in getting some extra case fans? Would that be a better recommendation? BTW, the HAF 912 is made for tall coolers but it might be a very tight fit considering there's less than an inch of space between where the motherboard ends and the drive cages are. But the nice thing is I do not have to remove the motherboard in order to install a new cooler.

if you arent OC'ing, then stock is good enough. however, if you want a BETTER cooler, the hyper 212+ is about the best bang for your buck air hsf.
