Typically atx pc cases will have mounting holes in the motherboard tray for atx and micro atx motherboards.

I took a look at the image of the Wave motherboard tray. There are a bunch of extra mounting holes. It appears you should be okay.

I just remembered. I have an old micro atx motherboard that I use for emergency backup. It defintely fit in atx cases.

The specs say ATX only, but this would be the first case I've ever seen that did not also accomodate mATX boards as well.
