M. clock 500 - 700
Temp. 85c.

85c is safe??

Very true 7300...quiet outdated, look at a new card. Just touching on the card however you should be getting idling temps at stock frequency in the regions of 48 to 58 degrees. This series of card however came with passive (NO FAN ATTACHED) cooling does this apply to your card as well? If so might be worth while to add a air cooled fan to the unit. Manual fitment should be fine.
