Computer problem.

Hello,
the computer start quite fast and seems to run normally for a while, then start to have difficulties to open some programs(any) or switch to another internet page or site and pretty soon don't respond anymore, if I wait enough time then it put itself together and run again. I checked everything: memory, M.B. and cpu temps, try to restore it to previous time, but don't want to do it, any previous date. It seems to me that the processor may be not running correctly. Any idea vould be welcome . Thanks.
