The EA650 has plenty of power for a 4890. Crossfire 4890's would be pushing it, though.
I never even take the GPU driver disk out of the box. The drivers on the disk are pretty out of date by the time the GPU is packaged, sits on the shelf for who knows how long, and is shipped to you. It's best to download the drivers from the ATI website IMO.
Assuming you have 64-bit Vista, yes those are the current drivers. I would download the one at the very top labeled "Catalyst Software Suite (64 bit) English Only". That will give you the display driver and the Catalyst Control Center.
i have the vapor-x 4890 on a budget cooler master 550w psu, and it works fine - and with 2 hdd's, a bunch of case fans, and a 3.8oc on a pII 955. the antec should be more than enough.
