i would like to know if hw monitor is accurate for monitoring temps on my 8800gt... after playing cod4, it shows a max temp at 176C and idles around 64.... I know 176 is def too high.. is it possible that it is a mistake?
normally I would, but rivatuner does not support win 7 drivers yet.. i haven't checked the temps with it yet.. but i know I can't oc with it...i mean 176C is about 347 F

yeah I just dusted it out about 2 wks ago actually gonna be modding this beast in a wk or so. cutting a blow hole for 240 mm fan and cutting out for a window and the window will have 2 120mm holes. and maybe one more on the bottom of the case, and going to paint it gloss black with a nice lacquer inside and out this case weighs about 80lbs fully loaded. an older antec dragon case
