Inspiron 9100 problems after rebuild

I took my laptop apart to clean the interior fan because its under the keyboard and the temp got hot. Removed air grates on fans and cleaned a lot of dust The temp dropped by 10 c, but there were problems after reassembly. A couple of hard resets and windows loaded. Half the keyboard works and it doesnt recognize my administrator password. Used onscreen keyboard, checked device manager and it says it is working properly, tried safe mode but wont show up because laptop inverter is probably out and Im using a tv for a screen. Everything needs the password and besides reinstalling and checking if the keyboard is plugged in well. Im not sure what to do. Thanks
