I also have a 1440x900 HD monitor that I'm not changing now, but I probably will within the next 6 months.

I've changed this list many, many times over the last few days, and I mostly need to know if I'm fogetting anything I need, but suggestions on parts or better deals are appriciated.

The CPU and motherboard you picked are both AM3 parts which means they require DDR3 RAM. Your old DDR2 RAM will not work with the components chosen for this build. I would recommend this RAM:
