Gaming Rig, 1st build (Star Craft 2)

I started a thread a few months back with intention to purchase components for a gaming computer to play WoW, SC2 (needs to cruise) and D3, but couldn't commit the funds at that time. Now I do have the money and am ready to make the purchase ASAP. To answer a few simple questions:

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: (today) BUDGET RANGE: (example: US$600-800)

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: (gaming)

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: (monitor, keyboard mouse)

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: (newegg.com, tigerdirect)

PARTS PREFERENCES: no real preference, although I would like room to grow/upgrade in the future, if necessary. I would like to get 2+ years of use out of the parts before considering replacement/upgrades.

OVERCLOCKING: No / Maybe SLI OR CROSSFIRE: No

MONITOR RESOLUTION: ( one of these...don't recall exactly - 1920x1080, 1920x1200; the monitor is a 23'" widescreen Samsung)

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: (need OS)

  1. Ok, I borrowed some ideas from similar post (there are a ton of these) and came up with this build. I am flexible as to if there are better parts and or deals that could be swapped to save money and or increase performance (alternative builds are also welcome), so please provide feedback if you see something that needs to be addressed. Thanks!
