How to convert the disk drive or how to open the disk drive is not formatted?

i canot open my SD card please help me,the problem is how to back the normal open my drive?i click my drive and then result, the disk drive is not formatted, the choosing is yes or no, i choose no bcause i want my file in the drive this is an important to me,who can help me?
more important is picture/images bcause is not mind,i try to open but i have no idea how?

try putting it in another computer... if it came from your camera lets say ... put it back in the camera and see if it still works. If it does then your card reader in your pc is b0rked.
