Budget build($400) for dj and karaoke

Hi, Need some input on a budget build for a rig in a Micro ATX style. This will be used to play music and karaoke.

Monitor is 24"

Will be buying from newegg

dont need monitor, keyboard or mouse.

Any ideas will be buying in next 2 weeks.

Not looking for anything professional. I have seen people here make decent gaming rigs for $397 so i figured something like this wouldnt be very hard since i dont need a powerfull gpu.
 
Do you need an OS also? If so, that's pretty hard to do. If not, this build would work just fine for your intended use:

Shortstuff's build is good, but I just thought I'd offer another option for you to consider - it's a mini-itx form factor board with many of the same features as the micro-atx...
