I have a huge problem and dillema pls help

I buy my parts at newegg.ca and recently i installed 3.5(dont know if this has anything to do with it) but at the site i just wanted to order 5 min ago and i pressed checkout and every 10 sec i get a verification certificate warning it says its expired and wont be valid until 3/31/2009 which makes no sense pls i don't know if i should order here i get these interruptions but what could be wrong if the address is clearly newegg.ca need fast help

i fixed it my mistake i recently did some overclocking and it turned out very unstable and my monitor was not receiving a signal so i took out my bios battery and it worked but i forgot it restarts clock and date so my system said date is 2002 and the certificate is from 2008 to 2010 so my browser made a mistake
