Bios can't find HD after Wipe Drive

Hi, I used wipe drive from white canyon and now I want to format and install win7. Problem is my BIOS cannot detect my HD now. I'm not sure what my Mobo is looking for but I'm thinking that wipedrive tookout any format info, not sure. Is there a iso program out there that allows me to format the Hard Drive without my windows disc? I even tried installing Ubuntu but it can't find my HD, so I know it has to do with the BIOS not detecting the drive. It sees my DVD drive just fine. I just need some kind of a work around I suspect.

Try creating a DOS stick and formatting from there...

dos can't find my hd either so it's obviously a bad bios or something. Time to get a new mother board I guess.
