Bfg gtx 285 isn't working help

Ok i hope it isn't true..I am currently going with 2 gtx 285's SLI one works fine , now the other one is not. It powers up, fan goes on, and LED's lights up but i am getting no display in the monitor, I tried it out on both of my pci express slots and no display same thing. It looks like i may have gotten a bum card here i hope not because i have no warranty. Any suggestion's on what else it might be so i can possibly fix this matter.

Are you saying you are testing the card by itself and you are not getting a display? Why no warranty?
