GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3L does not show signal

Shows the bios screend then its loses signal its stay on and fan are still on ive tried 2 difrent working pcie 16 card and even onboard video and its just goes black fan and everything stays on i tried too enter bios but it loses signal before that.

I tried onboard video and my old 8600gt that i know is working still screend goes once its show bios load screend.
