Hey guys,
I have had this problem for some time. When i first built my PC, i put in a Maxtor 500Gb (see below), and it worked fine. it failed me and i had to use ERD COMMANDER to re-write the MBR.

next thing i know, it fails completely, i cant open it on ERD and it wont open in W7

This is not the only one. The drive i am talking about is the highlighted Maxtor.
This maxtor doesnt even show up in My computer
The MDT shows up on My computer, but doesnt want to open, and 'windows cant access this drive'
Any ideas
