I'm following the advice of this topic:
*How To Ask For New Build Advice*.

Purchase plan NOW because I still have a P4.
I need an Allround system.
From Holland here I think www.alternate.nl is the biggest and cheapest for as I know.
No overclocking I want the system to last at least 5 years like my other p4's.

I have played with online pc configuration program at their website:
And came up with this 2 systems.

I have read a few post and benchmarks here and there and it's was better to go for windows vista 64 and core 2 quad.

This is what I have in mind:
Zalman CNPS9700 NT
Asus ENGTX260 TOP/HTDI/896M
Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit + Voucher
Intel? Core™ 2 Quad Q9550
Cooler Master RealPower M620
Zalman HD160 Plus
Raid 1
Sony Optiarc AD-7241S-0S
Asus P5Q3 Deluxe/WiFi-AP@n
2xWestern Digital WD7501AALS
OCZ 6 GB DDR3-1866 Tri-Kit

or I could make a i7 system and exchange the cpu and motherboards for 150 euros more:
Intel? Core™ i7 920
Asus P6T Deluxe V2 X58

What would be the best value for the next 5 years?
what would you guys change to save money?
Are there any parts here that are bad?

Use the template shown in there too, as we need to know monitor resolution and intended uses. Also for upgradability and longevity you definitely want to get an AMD Phenom II system as there are no more core 2 processors coming out where as an AM3 motherboard should be supported for a few years to come.
