How do you format fat 32 hard drive to FTST OR EXT3

Have a flash drive I want to use in media steamer but it only recognise ext3 or FTST HOW DO I do this

You cannot do this from within windows. You would need a bootable OS capable for formatting those types. I've never heard FTST but EXT3 is used by linux so any of the numerous boot cd's will provide you a means.
