i had a CRT monitor which is yellow on its display. so i bought a new one as a replacement. i bought new LCD monitor last week. but still, the symptoms of becoming a yellow on screen display occur. what is the reason it happened? please help..

Did you replace the VGA cable? otherwise it sounds like the video card may be damaged. Need a few specs, ie motherboard info. does it have an: AGP, PCI-X16, or just PCI slots.

GPU: discrete or integrated?

Have you tried using other cable?

i used the new VGA cable that is included in the package of the new LCD monitor.. i also used the built-in video card of the motherboard.. yes, it have an: AGP, PCI-X16, or just PCI slots.
