How do i potition the hard drives

I formated my computer but suddenly the hard drive went into 3 potitions, i did have 2 but the C is to small now so i want to put the C and Now the F into one how can i do that

If you are formatting the PC, and don't need to save data, start the Windows setup. When it tells you to pick the partition to install on, tell it to delete all the partitions. This will wipe everything on the drive, do make sure you have backups of your files. Then create a new single partition on the disk, and install Windows.
