Which mobo should i buy?

i'm planning to buy a new custom built gaming desktop but i don't know which mobo is compatible. i need some help, here's my build

my budget is below $200 SGD. i live in singapore, so maybe this mobo that eleclerc post might cost higher in my country yeah
I can raise my budget if it's really necessary

i've choose ASUS P8P67 LE bundle with i5 core 2500k

but the power supply, hoow much do i really need? should i go for CM GX650Watt $139 or GX750Watt $169
which one should i go for? i don't plan to SLi.

minimum 600W for GTX 570 and System ... if you had more budget get 650 is OK
don't go CM PSU .. most of GX fail dan just had one is GX 450, other option you can get PSU from Seasonic , Corsair , XFX , OCZ, Superflower , just suggest

okay, thanks for your suggestion. i'll find a better psu, singapore doesn't sell Hydro Series H100 and only H50,
is there any good cpu cooler?

EDIT: i've update my first post, i just left with cpu cooler

H50 not good vey noise.! and H100 compare with air cooler like Noctua NHD-14 / Silver Arrow about performance at overclock, h100 win a bit. all big air cooler depend on your Case dimention.

other option is Hyper 212+ / scythe mugen 2 , also you can find it by self in
