hello guys ,,

My PC specs :

AMD Athlon II X3 435 runs@ Phenom II x4 B35 ( unlocked core )
GA-MA785GT-UD3H
2 GB DDR3 KS ram
350 HEC PSU

no overclocking

the only BIOS tweak is cpu voltave : -0.125 ( due to overheat problems )

the problem is the overheat from my northbridge

in normal mode :
NB : 44
CPU : 42

encoding ( 99% CPU )
NB : 75
CPU : 63
& at most of times my PC doesn't complete the encoding process ant auto power off !

I put a new cooling cream on the NB heatsink & it didn't help

Is there any voltage trick to fix it ?
I tried to find a NB V decrease from BIOS but I got only increase !

or is there any other solution ?

are you use VGA onboard for encoding ?
NB : 75 .. for GA-MA785GT-UD3H. it's fine .. that mobo maximum temperarute can get 85C, no problem with 75C. i think you need bigger fan from side case to help air flow.
