Hello, can i change anything to upgrade my computer from 1.2 mhz to 1.4 or higher it is a dell x300 laptop

you can but most laptops don't take kindly to new processors

but no, probably not. if its possible, i would not recommend it to someone who doesn't have experience with hardware as it will be very difficult.
