What have I done wrong? I have a konica minolta 5430 DL. It is a shared printer in our office. I cannot print from email or from my accounting program (Cougar Mountain Software). I deleted the printer driver and reinstalled it, I have searched for driver updates. I have tried a different usb port. I have tried a different usb cord other than the one I was using orginally. The computer dings and says it recognizes the printer. It will not even print a test page from the computer, but when we push the test page directly from the printer it will print. What should we do now?
