Need Confirmation: CPU Overclock numbers

Sabertooth P67
Intel i7 2600k @ 4.2ghz (hopefully, read on...)
GTX 570
Corsair TX850w PSU
500GB SATA Hitachi Hard Drive


Ok, so...I bumped the cpu frequency up to 42 on all cores in BIOS manually. Made sure my RAM was running at 1600mhz. I ran CPUZ to get stats and just want to make sure that my CPU is ACTUALLY running at 4.2ghz like I set it to...
