ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: that's it, not decided on memory yet but will probably go for ocz ddr3 4GB 1333. Yeh yeh, the monitor is only 1680x1050 but all i have now is a 19" and needed something now and decided to cut corner on the monitor. I will be using it for primarily gaming, some graphic design, and some programming.10
 
Solution
Better power supply. The one you chose is an older design 70% efficiency (if it were 80%, they would say so) without active PFC.

A good 700 watt PSU should be able to produce around 55 amps at 12volts.
Dun need 2GB video RAM for that resolution so my suggestion assuming PSU settled:
