According to Antec's power supply calculator it will only chew up 512w's and i have a 650W PSU so i'm not worried about power. What i am worried about is will my processor's bottleneck the card?

Bottleneck? Or cause a minor CPU limitation?

Depends on the game. Really though if you're gonna buy a new 9800GX2 you may want to reconsider simply due to the driver support, or rather lack there of. If you have a crossfire board it may be cheaper and better to get two 4850 1GBs or two 4870s instead.
