Formatting failure

i trying to format a flash disk but it's showing a messing that the window cant complete formatting.

Is this an SD card? If so, then you should not use Windows to format it, you must use a special tool.

That's bookmarked as a keeper, Phil. Even after years of working in this game, I didn't know that and it certainly explains a thing or two.

I hope a Mod gives you a BA for that one if the OP doesn't.
