You could probably run a 9800 but the 4670 is the best match for the rest of the computer. Your CPU will most likley restrict either but i would not let that bother you.

but which one will i get more fps, 9800 gt or 4670??????

9800 will get more FPS but also consume more power. More than I would recommend for your weak PSU.

The HD 4670 consumes about 48w of power while the 9800GT consumes about 85w. Pretty significant difference for a 305w PSU.

9800GT will give more performance overall.

Both will be bottlenecked by your CPU.
For GTA 4 both the cards are good enough. But the real problem is your CPU.
Even nice core 2 Duo's struggle to play GTA4.

I will suggest you to buy the 9800GT.

do some research before you post, are leave the boards and rid us of your stupidity!

the Dell 305w PSU has enough amps on it to run a standard 9800GT. Many Dell users have run the standard 9800GT and ATI 4830 on that PSU. In fact that "weak PSU" has more amps then most generic 400w PSU. The 9800GT EE is make specifically for a generic 300w PSU so you will have no issue what so ever running it and I would recommend that card over the weaker 4670.
